Steady: Neurospicy Tools

About

Steady is a calm, reliable companion for neurospicy brains — ADHD, autistic, dyslexic, or just easily overwhelmed. When a task feels like too much and you can't start, Steady breaks “everything” down into one small, doable first step. No accounts. No clutter. No shame. NINE TOOLS FOR A NEURODIVERGENT DAY • Magic To-Do — turn any task into clear, ordered steps you can actually start. Break a step down further, add as many tasks as you like, check them off. Dial the detail from a few big steps to lots of tiny ones. • Just Start — a gentle focus mode that shows ONE step at a time with a calm timer. You only have to begin. • Brain-dump — pour out the mental clutter by typing or speaking; get back a clean, organized to-do list. • Formalizer — rewrite a message in a kinder, clearer, more confident tone. Your original is always kept safe. • Tone Reader — paste a message you received for a gentle, tentative read of what it might mean, plus a reply you could send. • Time Estimator — beat time blindness with an honest time range for any task. • Recipe Helper — simple meals from whatever's already in your kitchen, low-effort mode included. • Explain Anything — clear, plain-language explanations for when dense text won't stick. • Decision Helper — talk through a choice with calm pros and cons and a gentle suggestion. BUILT FOR HOW YOUR BRAIN ACTUALLY WORKS • Overwhelmed? One tap for a calmer moment and one tiny next step. • Adjustable tone — gentle, neutral, cheerleader, or direct. You choose the voice. • Personal context — tell Steady about your energy and sensitivities once, and every result quietly fits you. • Voice input — speak instead of type, anywhere. • Read-aloud — hear any result in a warm, natural voice. ACCESSIBILITY THAT'S ACTUALLY USEFUL • Dyslexia-friendly OpenDyslexic font and extra letter spacing. • Low-stimulation mode that mutes motion and haptics. • Full Spanish, French, and German — the whole app, not just the answers. PRIVATE AND OFFLINE BY DESIGN • Your tasks and notes stay on your device. • In cloud mode, your text is never stored and never used to train AI. • On-device only mode runs every tool right on your phone — no connection needed. • Optional on-device AI model for full offline use, plus Apple Intelligence on supported iPhones. RELIABLE WHEN YOUR BRAIN ISN'T No sign-ups, no nagging. Everything autosaves and survives, with undo and redo, so Steady is there on the hard days. PRICING Free to use every day. Steady Pro unlocks unlimited use of every tool — $1.59/month (cancel anytime) or a one-time $19.99 lifetime purchase.
