It comes from drilling the gap between the signal and your move until it disappears. SwimStart lets you rehearse that gap as many times as you want and measures your reaction down to 1/100 of a second. ■ A real start experience SwimStart recreates the tension on the blocks: - The English voice command "Take your marks" calls you to the line. - A wait follows before the start beep. Choose a random wait for true, unpredictable tension that breaks the habit of anticipating, or a fixed wait when you want a steady rhythm. - An adjustable countdown leads into the command so you can settle into position. When the beep sounds, you launch.
