When the customer says yes, one tap turns it into an invoice. Numbers run in order automatically (INV-0001, EST-0001), and you can change the prefix to match your books. TAX AND DISCOUNTS One invoice can carry up to 5 tax lines, and you type the name of each one. GST 5% and PST 7%, CGST 9% and SGST 9%, state tax and city tax: every line prints on the PDF as its own row, with its name and rate. Rates keep every digit, so 9.975% prints as 9.975%. Set your usual lines once in Settings and every new document starts with them. Your tax registration number prints in the header with your business details, under the label you use: GSTIN, VAT, or ABN. When a job carries no tax, you can take the lines off that document, and your saved defaults stay as they are. Discounts work as a percentage or a dollar amount.
