Detecting grinding from a phone microphone across a bedroom is not something it can do reliably enough to put a number on, and it no longer pretends otherwise — so a quiet list is not evidence that nothing happened, and Bruxa says so on the screen rather than in the small print. What it is genuinely good for is hearing your own night and taking a real recording to your dentist.
