Whether you are testing slump, air content, or monitoring environmental conditions, Concrete QC streamlines your workflow so you can focus on the pour. Record field data in seconds, verify compliance against project specs and strict ASTM C94 standards, and generate professional reports before you even leave the job site. Key Features: Advanced Evaporation Tracking: Calculate evaporation rates in real-time. Pull localized weather data directly from the NOAA API, or seamlessly connect to a Kestrel 5200 weather meter via Bluetooth for hyper-accurate, on-site environmental monitoring. Smart Ticket Scanning & AI Reviews: Scan concrete delivery tickets to instantly capture batch data. Utilize built-in AI tools to review mix designs and automatically flag any out-of-tolerance batches or compliance issues. Digital Test Logging: Quickly and accurately input field data for slump, air entrainment, concrete temperature, unit weight, and yield. Real-Time Reporting: Generate clean, professional PDF reports with a single tap. Share test results, batch tickets, and daily logs directly with project managers, structural engineers, and clients. Offline Capability: Job site out of cell range? No problem. Log all your data offline and automatically sync it securely to the cloud as soon as you regain connectivity.
