Notion task management, simplified. OneTap Tasks is the simplest way to check off tasks in your Notion databases. Connect your workspace, pick a database, and start updating — right from your phone. No switching apps, no opening Notion. Just tap and done. **How it works** 1. Connect your Notion account 2. Choose a database and configure your status field 3. View your tasks filtered and sorted the way you want 4. Tap to update status — changes sync to Notion instantly **Simple taps, always in sync** ToDo is designed for the moments when you just need to check something off. Between meetings. On the train. Before bed. Open the app, tap the status badge, done. Your Notion database stays up to date without you ever opening Notion. **Smart tabs** Organize your view with built-in tabs: Today, Upcoming, All, and Done. When your database has a date field, Today shows tasks due today (including overdue), and Upcoming shows what's next. The Done tab keeps completed tasks visible when you need them. **Flexible status support** Works with Notion's Status, Select, and Checkbox property types. Tap the status badge to cycle through options, or swipe right to mark complete. The status colors from your Notion database are preserved in the app. **Filter your view** Set up filter conditions to show only the tasks you care about. Filter by select, multi-select, checkbox, number, or date properties. Combine multiple filters with AND/OR logic. Supports relative dates (today, +3 days, -1 day) that resolve at query time. **Property actions** Automatically set property values when creating or completing tasks. For example, set a "Priority" select when adding a new task, or update a date field when marking complete. Configure separate actions for task creation, completion, and un-completion. **Add tasks on the go** Create new tasks directly from the app. Give it a title, optionally set a date, and it's added to your Notion database with any configured property actions applied. **Swipe actions** Right swipe to complete a task instantly. Left swipe to open the task in Notion for full editing. Swipe actions can be toggled on or off in Settings. **Custom display name** Give your database configuration a custom title that appears in the navigation bar — useful when the database name is too long or not descriptive enough. **Full Version** The free trial allows 5 status updates per day. Upgrade to the Full Version for unlimited daily updates. **Privacy first** - No ads, no tracking, no analytics - Your Notion token is stored securely in the iOS Keychain - We never access your Notion content beyond what you explicitly authorize - All task data is cached locally for fast display **Please note** - This app is designed for personal use. - Only one Notion database can be configured at a time (multi-database support coming soon). - A Notion account and internet connection are required to sync tasks.
