About

Velora is a food and symptom diary that shows which foods came before your symptoms, based only on what you log. Log a meal in seconds and a symptom in two taps. After about two weeks, Velora lists the foods and ingredients that most often came before your bloating, reflux, headaches or itchy skin. The analysis runs on your iPhone. MADE FOR WHAT YOU LIVE WITH Pick your conditions from more than 20, and Velora watches what matters for each: - Gut: IBS, reflux, lactose, gluten, histamine intolerance, SIBO, feeling full after eating - Skin: eczema, hives, rosacea - Head: migraine and frequent headaches - More: gout, oral allergy syndrome, hot flashes, bladder pain and others Reflux is compared with the meals of the last 4 hours, gut symptoms and migraine with the last 24. LOGGING THAT FITS YOUR DAY - 1,600+ dishes as you type, with their usual ingredients and an estimate of the kcal. Works offline. - Snap a photo or type a dish, and AI lists the ingredients, including hidden ones like garlic, onion and oils. - Scan a barcode or a packaged-food ingredient label. - Every ingredient labeled: FODMAP groups, histamine, gluten, lactose, caffeine, alcohol in grams, purines, oxalates and the 14 EU allergens. - Log with Siri or from your Apple Watch. - Also track bowel movements (Bristol scale), medications and supplements, water, mood, energy and stress. SEE YOUR PATTERNS - Suspects: the foods that most often came before your symptoms, from your own diary. - Flares from start to end, and a look at the days before them. - Calendar of good and rough days, with optional sleep and cycle overlays from Apple Health. - Air pressure next to your migraine days, if you turn it on. - Dated skin photos by area with a compare slider. They never leave your iPhone. TRY THINGS FOR YOURSELF - A guided 2-week test: leave a food out, bring it back, and see the result at the end. - Guided plans: FODMAP reintroduction, a 3-week histamine plan, a caffeine step-down and an evening routine for reflux. - Meal ideas built around foods that have been fine for you so far, with a grocery list. - Menu scanner: see a dish's ingredients and labels before you order. - A weekly recap in plain words and a PDF report to bring to your doctor or dietitian. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Start as a guest, no account needed. Sign in with Apple to back up and sync your diary across devices. - No ads and no tracking. - Pattern analysis happens on your iPhone. Only a meal photo or dish name you choose to analyze is sent to an AI service, to list its ingredients. Nothing from your diary is sent for meal ideas or the weekly recap. - Export everything as CSV. Delete your account and all data at any time in Settings. FREE AND PREMIUM Free: unlimited logging, the dish list, symptoms and trackers, the calendar for this month and last, flare counts, your top suspect, Siri and Apple Watch, CSV export and a monthly number of AI photo scans. Velora Premium adds the full suspects list with a breakdown for every food, the guided test and plans, meal ideas and grocery list, the menu scanner, unlimited AI photo scans, unlimited history and charts, the weekly recap, the air pressure comparison, the PDF report and smart reminders. Velora Premium is an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly, and new subscribers can start with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Velora is a wellness diary. It shows patterns in what you log; it does not diagnose or treat anything. Talk to your doctor before you make big changes to your diet or medication.
