Loomday: Countdown & Plans

About

Loomday is the calm way to remember every birthday, anniversary, and special day — and to keep the memories around it, not just the date. NEVER FORGET THE DAYS THAT MATTER Add the people and dates you care about and Loomday counts down to each one. Choose how far ahead you're reminded — a week before to mail a card, the night before, or the morning of. Set a different lead time for each person. Quiet, reliable notifications. No account required. A TIMELINE FOR EACH PERSON Every date becomes a living timeline. Add a year of photos and write a short story for each one — "Surprise dinner at Sam's," "First birthday at home," "60th, on a boat." Scroll back through the years you've shared. It becomes a private journal you'll be grateful for. ALWAYS IN VIEW Home-screen widgets keep your next day a glance away. The closest countdown stays up front and rolls to the next day automatically when one passes — even if you never open the app. PHOTOS STAY IN PHOTOS Loomday links to your photo library through a tiny pointer. Originals stay where they are — nothing is uploaded, nothing is duplicated — and photos bucket into the right year automatically by their capture date. EVERY CALENDAR, NOT JUST GREGORIAN Some of the people you love celebrate by a different calendar. Loomday stores each date in its own calendar — Gregorian, Chinese Lunar, Hebrew, Islamic, Indian, or Persian — and lands on the correct day every year, leap months and all. IMPORT FROM CONTACTS IN A TAP Pull birthdays straight from your Contacts, including lunar ones. Loomday turns them into days with ages, a color theme per person, and reminders ready to go. HOLIDAY & FESTIVAL PRESETS Common holidays and festivals — including Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn, and more — are ready in a tap. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything lives on your device. Photos never leave Photos, contacts never leave your phone. No account, no cloud. Loomday is for the people in your life and the years you share with them.
