Ippocrate Magazzino lets dental practices manage their stock room from the phone, synchronized in real time with the Ippocrate Manager practice management system. KEY FEATURES • Always up-to-date stock: item list with quantities, minimum thresholds, lots and expiry dates, with “Low stock” and “Expiring” filters. • Instant search by name, code, EAN, serial number (SN), UDI or supplier. • Camera scanning: EAN barcodes, QR codes, SN and UDI. Each scan records a stock-in; the “Stock out” mode records a stock-out in one tap. • IppocrateAI: when a label can't be read, the assistant recognizes the product from a photo and fills in the data; it also answers questions about what to reorder and the state of your inventory. • Device identifiers: record and edit the SN and UDI of every item, with validation. • Suppliers: complete records, with automatic data extraction from a photographed document. • Notifications: alerts for low stock and movements. • Support requests directly from the app. Requires an Ippocrate Manager account with inventory access.
