Bikeparts is the workshop tool for bike shops, mechanics and serious cyclists who need to identify a part, look up a price or count a shelf without leaving the workbench. MATCH A DERAILLEUR HANGER FROM A PHOTO Derailleur hangers are notoriously hard to identify: hundreds of near-identical shapes, and the wrong guess costs a derailleur. Photograph the hanger, tell the app how many mounting holes it has, and it ranks the visually closest models from a catalogue of more than 250 — each with a match percentage, a side-by-side comparison against your own photo, and a link straight to the product page. The matching runs entirely on your phone. Your photos are never uploaded, and the search works with no signal at all — which is usually exactly where the workbench is. SCAN BARCODES AGAINST YOUR OWN CATALOGUE Bikeparts does not ship a catalogue. It uses yours. Export a price list from your point-of-sale system as CSV or JSON, upload it once, and map the columns onto barcode, name, article number, sale price, purchase price, stock and supplier. From then on, scanning a barcode brings up your own product data instantly and offline. The catalogue follows your account, so signing in on another phone restores it automatically. Reads EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 128 and Code 39, with manual entry for a barcode that will not scan. LABEL MODE AND STOCKTAKE Switch the camera into Label mode to build a running list of barcodes — receiving a delivery, prepping an order, or collecting items to price up. Stocktake mode asks for a quantity after each scan, and lets you scan the same barcode as many times as you need. Tap any quantity afterwards to correct it, name and save the count, reopen it later, and export the whole list as a CSV through the share sheet. BIKEOFFICE, BUILT IN The third tab opens your BikeOffice workshop account inside the app, already signed in with the account you use here — no second login. That puts the rest of the BikeOffice toolkit a tap away: search every supplier at once with live stock figures, look up e-bike motor manuals for Bosch, Yamaha, Bafang and Ananda with exploded diagrams and error codes, publish Blocket ads in one click, and make price signs for the shop.
