AnglerCast is a focused iPhone weather decision card for coastal anglers. Instead of another broad weather map, it combines tide timing, wind, pressure trend, moon and solunar timing, and saved fishing spots into a simple view for deciding when conditions are worth a trip. Built for quick trip decisions: - Choose your current area or a manually entered coastal spot - See a Today Card with Good, Watch, or Avoid conditions - Review the reasons behind each window, not just a score - Check tide and solunar timing in a compact timeline - View wind, gusts, direction, pressure, and trend details - Save fishing spots locally after unlocking - Share a decision card without revealing precise coordinates - Home screen widget with today's verdict, bite window, tide and wind (medium size; extra-large size on iOS 27) - Saved spots in Spotlight search, plus a Shortcuts action to open today's forecast AnglerCast is not a general weather app, navigation app, marine safety system, or fishing community. It does not promise a catch, provide boating navigation, show radar maps, or replace official weather and tide guidance for safety decisions. Saved spots stay on your iPhone. The app uses location only to find relevant conditions when you allow it, and you can use manual spots instead. The widget shows the last forecast the app produced and asks you to open the app when it is more than an hour old. The Lifetime Unlock adds up to 5 saved spots, 7-day bite windows, trend details, refresh tools, and share cards. No subscription, no ads.
