Army Pubs puts the doctrine you actually use in your pocket. 53 publications are embedded as their full published text and read offline with no signal, and a catalog of 391 covers Field Manuals (FM), Army Doctrine Publications (ADP), Army Techniques Publications (ATP), Training Circulars (TC), Army Regulations (AR), Graphic Training Aids (GTA) and DA Pamphlets. Not a government app. This is an independent reference, not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Army or the Department of Defense.
