Window Seat GPS

About

Ever wonder exactly where you’re flying, or what the cabin pressure altitude is at 35,000 feet, but there is no inflight WiFi? Whether you are a frequent flyer, an aviation nerd, or just a curious passenger, this app brings offline-first flight information right to your window seat. Using your device's built-in GPS and barometer, you get real-time flight telemetry—completely offline, with no expensive airline Wi-Fi required. Key Features: - Offline Flight Computer: Enter your origin and destination airports to track your exact flight progress, distance to destination, and estimated time remaining (approximate). - Offline Maps: Watch your plane's real-time position on a detailed map that works with GPS signal only. - Cabin Pressure Analysis: Monitor the aircraft's pressurization in real-time. See the actual cabin altitude and vertical speed (climb/descent rate) using your phone's highly sensitive barometer. - Advanced GPS Telemetry: Get live readouts of your true ground speed, GPS altitude, heading, and GPS vertical rate. - Interactive Charts: Visualize your flight profile with real-time graphs comparing your cabin pressure altitude to your true GPS altitude. - Customizable Units: Easily toggle between Knots, mph, km/h, Feet, Meters, inHg, hPa, and more. Note: This app relies on your device's internal pressure sensor and GPS receiver. A window seat with a clear line of sight to the sky is essential for a GPS lock, hence the name (: WARNING: This application is designed exclusively for passengers for educational and recreational purposes. It is NOT a certified flight instrument. It must NEVER be used for real-world navigation, altitude monitoring, or flight planning. You must obey all applicable laws, regulations, and crew member instructions. Terms: https://pxatech.com/window-seat-gps/
