ClippingCash Owner

About

ClippingCash Owner is the office in your pocket for a lawn care business with one to five crews. See the day's route, move jobs, dispatch workers, send invoices and take payments, all from your phone. Your dashboard on the web and this app share the same data, so what you change on the truck is what the office sees. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Today at a glance: every job on the schedule, who is assigned, and what is done. • Schedule and reschedule: add a job, set an exact time or an anytime window, drag it to another day. • Recurring services: weekly, biweekly, or custom plans that generate their own jobs. • Dispatch: assign jobs to crews and workers, and see where your crew is when they are on the clock. • Customers and properties: one customer, several properties, with the right price on each. • Invoices and payments: send an invoice when the job is done, take a card or record cash on site, and see who still owes you. • Quotes: price a property and turn an accepted quote into scheduled work. • Text your customers: reminders and updates from your own business number. • Crew app included: your workers get their own free ClippingCash Crew app to see their jobs, start and complete work, and collect payment. BUILT FOR SMALL OPERATORS • Use it on iPhone, iPad, or any web browser. No desktop software to install. • Free 30-day trial, no card needed to start. • Straightforward monthly pricing, cancel any time. Questions or ideas? Email support@clippingcash.com.
