About
Dose Pop is the simplest way to remember your medications. It is designed to be clear and easy, especially for older adults and anyone who wants a simple pill reminder. Add your medications in seconds, get reminded at the right time, and tap once to mark a dose as taken. That’s it. WHY DOSE POP • Big, readable text and large touch targets that are easy on the eyes and easy to tap • No sign up, no account, no ads, no tracking • Private by default. Your medicines stay on your device unless you choose to share with family REMINDERS THAT WORK • Time Sensitive notifications that can break through Focus • Right from the reminder: “I Took It,” “Snooze,” or “Skip” • A follow up alert if a dose is missed, after a grace period you choose • Sound on Silent option: with your permission, dose reminders and missed dose alerts can play even when the phone is muted, so a silent switch never means a missed dose EASY TO SET UP • Search real medication names from trusted drug databases (RxNorm and openFDA) • Flexible schedules: daily, twice daily, three times daily, every other day, weekly, or as needed • Color code each medication to tell them apart at a glance STAY ON TRACK • A clear “Today” view of every dose, marked with a single tap • History and adherence so you can see how you’re doing • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets that show your doses at a glance CAREGIVER ALERTS, IF YOU WANT THEM • Sharing is off until you turn it on. You choose one family member or helper • They see the names of your medicines and whether you took each dose. Your dosages are never shown • Sharing starts with an invitation email to them. Alert emails come when a dose looks missed, after your grace period • You can stop sharing any time, and the link they were sent stops working PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No accounts and no advertising • Your medicines stay on your device and in your own iCloud, and are shared with someone only if you turn on Caregiver Alerts and pick who sees them. Anonymous usage and crash reports help us fix crashes and improve Dose Pop; they never include your medicines, dosages, schedule or caregiver, and you can turn them off in Settings • When you do share, we send the medicine names, your reminder schedule, and whether each dose was taken, so a caregiver can help. We never send your dosages Dose Pop is a reminder and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice; always follow your doctor’s and pharmacist’s instructions.
