Your event organizer sets up the event in ScanDeck and issues your booth a vendor code. 2. You sign in on the day with the vendor code, pick your name, and enter your personal PIN. 3. You scan badges. The lead drops into your list instantly. 4. After the show, you export the leads as a CSV that opens in Excel or Google Sheets and imports straight into HubSpot or Salesforce. PRIVACY ScanDeck only reads the code on the badge. Badges printed by ScanDeck carry an attendee token that resolves to the contact details your event organizer loaded for the event; nothing else on the badge is captured.
