Advance Touring

About

Advance is the tour-management app for artists, tour managers and touring crews. Every show day, flight, hotel and ride lives in one shared itinerary, and it keeps itself up to date. FORWARD THE EMAIL. THE DAY SHEET APPEARS. Every artist gets a private inbox address. Forward a flight confirmation, hotel booking, venue advance or production spec and Advance reads it, works out which day it belongs to, and proposes the changes. Nothing lands on the itinerary until an admin approves it. REVIEW BEFORE IT LANDS See every proposed change side by side with the source document it came from. Approve it or reject it. Each item keeps a record of where it came from, so you always know why a time changed. THE WHOLE DAY, ON ONE SCREEN • Show-day schedule: load in, soundcheck, doors, support and set times, in the venue's local time • Venue, address and local contacts • Flights with seats and confirmation codes • Hotels with check-in, check-out and booking references • Ground transfers with driver and vehicle details • Notes, guest list, backline and production requirements SEE THE ROUTE Follow the tour on a map, city by city, and open any venue or hotel in your preferred maps or ride app. YOUR CREW, THE RIGHT ACCESS Invite band, crew and management to an artist. Put people in groups, choose what each person can see and edit, and keep personal travel details private to the people who need them. TRAVEL PROFILES Store the details bookers always ask for (passport, seat and dietary preferences, loyalty numbers and emergency contacts) once, and share them only with the artists you tour with. STAY IN THE LOOP Get notified when the itinerary changes and receive reminders before the things that matter on the day. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your tour is only visible to the people invited to it. Advance has no ads and no tracking, and you can delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time. Advance is free to use.
