About
Shroom helps you identify mushrooms and fungi from a photo - in seconds. Whether you're foraging in the woods or curious about something in your backyard, point your camera or pick a photo from your library. Shroom analyzes the image and returns a likely species name plus practical details to help you learn more. WHAT YOU GET • Instant photo identification from camera or gallery • Safety guidance with edibility and toxicity warnings • Habitat, season, and key field marks • Similar species and common look-alikes • Personal collection to save your discoveries IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE Never eat a wild mushroom based on an app alone. Misidentification can be deadly. Always verify with an experienced forager, mycologist, or trusted field guide before consuming anything you find in nature. Shroom Pro unlocks unlimited scans. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
