Workspace Sync delivers your company's directory to your phone — and keeps it always current. When your organization uses Workspace Sync, the colleagues your administrator has shared appear on your phone: name, photo, phone, email, job title, department. No manual adding on your part. As your company directory is updated — people join, change roles, or update phone numbers — those changes flow through to your phone. If your organization uses Workspace Sync, your colleague directory appears immediately. No setup required from you. PRIVACY & DATA We only sync directory data your administrator has chosen to share: name, photo, phone, email, job title, department and similar standard fields. Manager hierarchy and custom HR fields are never synced. We never access your personal email, calendar, or files. FOR ADMINISTRATORS If your organization isn't yet using Workspace Sync, your IT admin can learn more at workspace-sync.com — setup takes about 15 minutes via a read-only service account, no MDM required.
