OneTap for Notion

About

One tap. One voice. Straight to Notion. OneTap is the fastest way to capture your thoughts and send them to Notion. Set up buttons for your favorite Notion pages and databases, tap one, speak, and it's there. Prefer to type? Switch a button to text mode and write your memo directly. No switching apps — just your thoughts, instantly captured and delivered. **How it works** 1. Connect your Notion account 2. Create buttons for your Notion pages or databases 3. Tap a button and start speaking 4. Your voice is transcribed in real time and sent to Notion automatically The first time you open the app, a built-in guide walks you through each step. **Multiple buttons, multiple destinations** Create color-coded buttons for different Notion pages and databases — work tasks, ideas, your shopping list. Each sends to a different place, all from one screen. **Flexible write methods** Choose how your voice memo is delivered. Append blocks to an existing page, add a new row to a database, or create a sub-page. For sub-pages and database rows, choose whether to write to the title, the body, or both. **Quick actions from the home screen** Use the ⋯ menu on any button to open it in Notion or jump to its settings. **Home screen widgets** Add OneTap widgets to your home screen in small, medium, or large sizes. Choose how many buttons to display, then tap a widget button to jump straight into recording — no need to open the app first. **Apple Watch** Capture a thought right from your wrist. Tap a button on your Apple Watch, dictate your memo, and it's relayed through your iPhone to Notion — no need to take out your phone. Add the OneTap complication to your watch face to launch even faster. **Browse your Notion workspace** Pick destinations from a tree view just like Notion's sidebar — easy even in large workspaces. **Real-time transcription** See your words appear as you speak. Powered by on-device speech recognition for fast, private transcription. Your voice data never leaves your device. **A recording screen that listens** While you record, the whole screen glows and flows with your voice, and luminous waves rise and fall as you speak — so you always know OneTap is listening. **Edit before you send** Not happy with the transcription? Tap the text to pause recording, fix any words, then send. Or restart and record again — without leaving the screen. **Type when you can't speak** Set a button to text-input mode and type your memo directly — perfect for quiet rooms or exact notes. **Your recent memos at a glance** Swipe up to see your recent sends. Failed? Tap to retry. Every memo shows its destination, time, and status. Clear your history anytime from Settings. In landscape, your recent sends sit right beside your buttons. **Full Version** The free trial includes 3 sends per day with 10-second recording. Upgrade to the Full Version for unlimited daily sends and 60-second recording per memo. **Privacy first** - Voice recognition runs entirely on-device - No ads, no tracking - Your Notion token is stored securely in the iOS Keychain - We never access your Notion content beyond what you explicitly authorize **Please note** - This app is designed for personal use. - Only one Notion workspace can be connected at a time. - A Notion account and internet connection are required to send memos. If Notion's service is unavailable, sending will fail (memos are saved locally for retry). - If a new Notion page doesn't appear in the destination list, reload it, or reconnect Notion in Settings and check the pages you need. - Speech recognition accuracy depends on your device, language, and environment. Supported languages follow Apple's on-device speech recognition availability. - Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
