CareRelay helps care workers, drivers, and families use private pilot tools for safer coordination and better documentation. In public pilot mode, users can open SafeShift Wayfinder, join or create walk groups, choose safe meeting points, find or add a facility, keep private proof logs, and share the public pilot link with trusted workers or family caregivers. CareRelay is built for nurses, CNAs, care workers, NEMT and healthcare transport drivers, facility staff, and families supporting someone in long-term care. CareRelay does not provide emergency dispatch, police response, EMS response, GPS tracking, medical advice, legal advice, payments, employer reporting, patient-data storage, or automatic outside-party reporting. Public pilot tools are for private coordination, documentation, and support only.
