DWI IN ARREST ORDER The DWI tab now follows the stop: case packet, SFST, DIC-24, blood warrant. Scan or type the driver once and the DIC-24 and the warrant open already filled. SFST and DIC-24 now Save & Lock, a warrant you don't need can be set aside with DISREGARD, and date of birth and description are picked from wheels. FIELD TOOLS • License scan reads the barcode on the back of a driver license or ID card, on the phone. Nothing is kept, and race is never read from the card. You confirm every field. • BOLO builder: the lookout in radio order, with the plate spelled out. • Spanish phrase cards: show a card, play it aloud, or let them tap an answer. MY LOCATION AND PURSUITS • Turn the phone sideways for a full-screen location dash with large text. • Pursuit summary with the map, the turn-by-turn and your top speed. Export it as a PDF or text, or start a report from it. • My Location keeps up with the screen locked. • The CarPlay and Home Screen tile now shows the block number and the cross street. • Swiping the app away ends a pursuit recording, so the GPS never runs on unnoticed. TRAINING AND REFERENCE • Juvenile: Family Code Chapters 51 and 52 in plain words. • Search Warrants: a new Field Training drill on Code of Criminal Procedure Chapter 18. • Charge Lookup understands everyday wording better, and says so when nothing fits instead of guessing.
