About
Living with pelvic pain, endometriosis, PCOS or hormonal changes means being asked to explain something that's hard to explain. Aura helps you understand your own body — and describe it to the people who can help. Aura is a companion, not a tracker that forgets you. Tell her what hurts, when it started, what helped. She remembers. Over time she notices what you might not: that your hardest days cluster late in your cycle, that short nights come before low-energy weeks, that the thing you tried last month actually worked. WHAT AURA DOES Talk to her like a friend Describe how you feel in your own words. Aura asks before she concludes, uses what she already knows about you, and never makes you repeat yourself. She won't rush you toward "see a doctor" — but she'll tell you clearly when something deserves attention. Log what matters, in seconds Pain with its location and character, flares, sleep, energy, mood, medication, appointments. Or just check in with a tap. See your patterns As Aura learns your rhythm, she shows you what's actually happening — which days are hardest, what tends to come before a flare, what helps and what doesn't. Prepare for appointments Turn months of scattered symptoms into a clear summary you can hand to your doctor — what you've felt, how often, what you've tried. Aura remembers for you. Understand your cycle Where you are, what's likely next, and how your symptoms map onto it — including when hormonal contraception means the usual pattern doesn't apply to you. A library that isn't generic Articles written for women living with these conditions, surfaced when they're actually relevant to what you're going through. WHAT YOU LOG STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Your symptom logs, your conversations and your journal are stored encrypted on your phone — and only there. We keep no copy of them on our servers, and none of it is ever sold. Your journal is never read by Aura at all. Your cycle history lives on your phone too; our servers hold what you told us at setup: your conditions, symptoms, cycle and period lengths, last period date, contraception and brand, date of birth, work pattern, language and permissions. Aura asks first. If you allow it, your message, recent messages and short summaries drawn from your records — your symptoms this week, where you are in your cycle, your medications — go through our server (Supabase) to Anthropic, which runs the model that writes her reply. We keep no copy of any of it, and under our agreement with Anthropic it is not used to train their models. A clinician's letter you photograph or paste for Aura to read is sent the same way: read, returned, never kept. Say no, and the rest of Aura still works. If you delete the app, everything you logged goes with it. Deleting your account removes what we hold — your profile and account details. WHEN THINGS ARE HARD Crisis support is built in, works offline, and is never behind a paywall. If you tell Aura you're struggling, she'll show you someone you can call in your own country — always, whether or not you're a subscriber, whether or not you have signal. FREE AND CARE Free, always: daily check-ins, cycle view, symptom and flare logging, flare support, and conversations with Aura each day. Aura Care opens up the conversation — unlimited in practice, where free gives you ten messages a day. It adds doctor-ready reports you can hand to a clinician, letters scanned or pasted and put into plain words, your patterns described in Aura's own words, and the detail behind every pattern she finds. New subscribers start with two weeks free. Aura is a wellness companion. It does not diagnose, treat or replace medical care — it helps you notice, record and describe what your body is doing, so the professionals you see have more to work with.
