MeetingScribe turns a meeting recording into clear, finished minutes. Record the meeting on your phone and let the service do the rest: it transcribes the speech, writes the minutes with tasks and deadlines, and delivers them where you need them. HOW IT WORKS 1. Connect the app to your organization's account by scanning a QR code from the web portal. 2. Pick the meeting type and start recording with one tap. 3. When you finish, the recording uploads by itself in the background. 4. Find the finished minutes in TaskFlow, in your inbox, or download them as Word, PDF or Markdown. WHO IT'S FOR Companies, teams and municipalities that want proper minutes from meetings, negotiations and council sessions without typing them up by hand. FEATURES • One-tap recording that keeps going while the phone is locked • Pause and resume – long meetings are recorded in parts • Automatic background upload over Wi-Fi (optionally mobile data); recordings are stored safely even without a signal • Three minutes styles: meeting overview (tasks, status, deadlines), formal company minutes, and formal municipal minutes with resolutions and votes • Czech and English: the recording language can be detected automatically, and minutes can be written in Czech, English, or both languages • A glossary of names and terms for more accurate transcripts of your people, streets and company names • See how many meetings you have left right in the app • The app is available in English and Czech PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION Your organization's data is kept separate from other customers and transmitted encrypted. Audio recordings are deleted automatically after a period you choose (30 to 180 days); transcripts and minutes are kept. We use OpenAI and Anthropic services to transcribe and write the minutes; details are in the privacy policy. YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT The app works with a MeetingScribe account. Sign up at meetingscribe.bonesystems.cz, where you also get meetings to try. Additional meetings are bought in packs and never expire. Minutes are created by artificial intelligence. Please review them before further use, especially names, numbers and votes. Inform meeting participants that the meeting is being recorded.
