TEF and TEF Canada are trademarks of CCI Paris Île-de-France / LFDA. The TEF Canada is one of the French tests accepted by IRCC for Express Entry (FSWP, CEC, FSTP, PNP) and for citizenship. Four papers (40 listening + 40 reading + 2 writing sections + 2 speaking sections), about 2 h 55 in total, scored NCLC 1 to 12 per skill. IRCC documents this as a possible cause of refusal. The app reminds you of this during onboarding and on every results screen.
