Be Frog

About

An app for not opening apps. Press the frog. The apps go quiet. Frog quiets the apps that pull at the phone. Pick them once. They sleep when a session starts and wake when it ends. Modes. A list for every moment — deep work, mornings, dinner. One tap between them. Schedules. Set the hours. The apps go quiet on their own, and come back when the window closes. No feed, no notifications, no nudge to keep scrolling. The frog. A small frog that sits where the phone drifts back into hand. Tap the phone to it and a session starts, no screen required. Tap it again to wake. It works with the free app, and is never required. No streaks, no scores, no dashboard. Private. Built on Apple Screen Time. The chosen apps stay on the device — Frog is handed nothing it could read. No account. No tracking. No ads. Sleep. Wake.
