Hello, Thank you for the detailed report and device information. We have identified the cause. The permanent verification code for the demo account was not yet active on your review date of 18 July — the server-side configuration that pins it was completed on 24 July. On the day you tested, the code we had supplied did not authenticate, so sign-in failed and the app returned to the sign-in screen. The behaviour you observed was real; it was a configuration error on our side rather than a defect in the app's session handling. Both sign-in paths have since been corrected and verified end to end on a physical device. Demo account (passwordless email code) Email: appreview@tally.app On the sign-in screen, enter this email and tap "Send Code" once, then enter code: 123456 This code is permanent and does not expire. Please tap "Send Code" only once. Tapping it repeatedly triggers a standard security rate limit ("you can only request this after N seconds"), which is expected behaviour and not a fault. Sign in with Apple Verified working on a physical device, including with an Apple ID that had previously authorised the app. Sign-in completes and lands on the Home screen. The demo account is pre-populated with an active work rotation, earnings and tax breakdown, certificates, CV experience and documents, so all features can be exercised.
