About
Who has paid this month? Did that student still have a make-up left? Stop digging through notebooks and spreadsheets to find out. Lessonory is a simple tuition, attendance, and make-up tracker for solo teachers — piano, music, abacus, language, dance, and more. Paper tuition envelopes, spreadsheets, and scattered chat messages. Lessonory brings the admin side of running your own studio into one place. ■ See payments and unpaid balances at a glance Know who has paid this month and who hasn't. The home screen shows your expected income, outstanding balances, today's lessons, and remaining make-up credits. Marking a payment is one tap, and you can undo it right away if you tap by mistake. ■ Make-up lessons, tracked automatically Mark a lesson as absent and a make-up credit is issued automatically, with an expiration date. No more "did they still have a make-up left?", and fewer misunderstandings with parents. ■ Attendance and lessons Record each lesson as scheduled, completed, absent, or cancelled. Works for monthly tuition courses and per-lesson (pay-as-you-go) courses alike. ■ Per-student details Keep each student's contact notes, course, fee, and memos in one place. Tuition changes are kept as history, so you always know when a rate changed. ■ Payment confirmation PDF (Premium) Create a PDF payment confirmation for tuition you've received and hand it to parents. ■ Monthly and yearly reports (Premium) Review collected, outstanding, and make-up balances in clear charts, and export to CSV. ■ Reminders (Premium) Get alerts for lessons, payments, and make-up expirations. ■ No login, works offline No account needed. No separate app for parents. Your data stays on your device, and Premium adds iCloud sync across your own devices. ■ Pricing ・Free forever for up to 5 students ・One-time purchase (pay once, Family Sharing supported) ・Monthly and yearly plans also available ■ Privacy ・No account, no ads, no tracking ・Your data stays on your device (nothing is collected) Tuition, attendance, and make-ups, from the paper envelope to one quiet app.
