Bench 2.0.1 - AI Review Prep now waits for you: it shows exactly what it would send, drafts only when you tap, and never sends your team member's name. Drafts no longer suggest a rating. - The AI Coach replaces your team members' names in your questions before sending. - Each team member's page shows their career goal again. - Notes you jot on the Prep screen are kept and go into the 1:1 note when you start it. - The history PDF now holds the whole history: profile, goals, action items, feedback and every 1:1. - Edits are saved right away, and Delete All Data also clears your profile.
