No shame, no judgement, no medical claims. Just a companion for the days that are hard. HOW IT WORKS • Adopt a pup in seconds. Name them, set your start date, pick a daily check-in time. • In the morning they ask for your pledge: "We've got today, right?" One tap. • In the evening, one tap: did you stay on track? Yes grows your pup and earns treats. A slip resets the streak — never the dog. • Pick what you're tracking — alcohol, nicotine, cannabis, sugar, or anything you name. The whole app rewords itself around your goal.
