Reverse insight In the first minute of setup, Hermly looks at the last 90 days of your Apple Health and proposes days that may have been attacks. You confirm what's true. Your baseline starts there. Attack Mode When a migraine begins, one tap turns on a Live Activity, dims your screen, enables a quiet Focus, and starts a timer. End it when you can. Hermly logs everything for later. Cycle awareness If your migraines cluster around your period, Hermly shows you when, in plain numbers. No assumptions, no advice — your data, your decisions. Doctor Report A structured PDF of your last 30 days for your neurologist. Frequency, trigger correlations, medication overview, topics worth discussing. Evidence Report A longer-window dossier — 6, 12, or 24 months — for disability claims, insurance, or workplace accommodations. PRIVACY Your health data never leaves your iPhone. Hermly does not run a server-side database of your migraines, your pain levels, your medications, or your cycle. The only thing kept on our servers is your subscription status, tied to an anonymous transaction ID — not to your name or email.
