Antíphōnos - voice answering voice. You bring a real question. Three AI voices take it seriously, in turn. Each one has been quietly given a different way of thinking about the problem, and none of them has been told to agree with you. Most AI chat is a mirror. Research published in Science in 2025 found that leading models affirm people far more readily than other people do - say "are you sure?" and watch a correct answer quietly fold. Antiphony is built the other way around. The three voices come from three different AI companies, each works from a different intellectual angle, and each is told plainly that doubt is not an argument. New reasoning is. They engage with your question, and with each other. There is no verdict at the end. No score, no synthesis, no "here is what we concluded." The discussion is the practice. It ends when you have thought enough. Antiphony takes its name and its shape from Epictetus's school at Nicopolis - an open room where anyone could bring a question and no one was performing for an audience. The first discussion is free.
