Drone Flight Log: FPV Pilot

About

Your DJI drone deserves a cockpit, not a menu tree. Fly Cockpit turns your iPhone into a landscape flight HUD with live video, telemetry and camera controls laid out the way a pilot reads them, then brings every photo and clip home to your Photos library. Most drone apps bury exposure and white balance three taps deep and make you fetch footage with a card reader. Fly Cockpit puts the camera dials, the pre-flight checklist and the media reel in one place, built on DJI's own Mobile SDK so the link is the real thing. WHAT YOU GET • Take off knowing you are ready: battery, GPS, video signal, flight mode and a pre-flight checklist read at a glance before the props spin • See what the drone sees: full-screen live FPV view with altitude, home distance, horizontal and vertical speed and a compass on one landscape HUD • Dial in the shot without leaving the feed: shutter, ISO, aperture, EV, white balance and photo/video switch sit on the edges of the screen • Land with your footage already home: browse photos and videos on the aircraft, select what you want and save straight to your Photos library • Bring the fleet up in three steps: a guided pairing briefing covers mounting the controller, waking the aircraft and bridging the RC cable • Pick your aircraft, get the right cockpit: a series catalogue for Mini, Air, Mavic, Phantom and Inspire keeps you on the correct control layout PERFECT FOR • Weekend pilots who want the camera settings on screen instead of hunting through submenus • Travel photographers who need clips on their phone tonight, not after they find a laptop • Real-estate and event shooters who fly several DJI aircraft and want one consistent HUD • New owners who need a calm, step-by-step first pairing instead of a forum thread WHY NOT JUST USE THE MANUFACTURER APP? It is excellent at flying. It is not built around getting the picture. Fly Cockpit keeps the same live link and telemetry but arranges exposure, checklist and media around the shot, and it stays out of your way with no account, no feed and no social layer. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No sign-up and no login. Footage moves over the controller link directly from the aircraft to your Photos library and is never uploaded to us. Location and Bluetooth are used only to talk to the aircraft, exactly as DJI's SDK requires. FULL ACCESS Fly Cockpit is a premium app. Choose a weekly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, to unlock the cockpit, camera controls and media transfer. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and are managed in your Apple ID settings. Plug your controller in, open Fly Cockpit and run your first pre-flight check today.
