VeraLift is an AI-assisted form check for lifters who train alone. Record or upload a short video of a clear gym exercise and get conservative feedback based on what is visible in the clip: a form score, caution flags, top fixes, timestamped notes, recording tips, and private history. VeraLift works best when one exercise, one to three reps, your full movement, and the equipment path are visible. It is especially useful for common strength movements like squat, bench press, deadlift, leg press, pulldowns, presses, and other clearly recorded lifts. If the clip is too dark, cropped, obstructed, or unclear, VeraLift will ask for a better recording instead of guessing. Free users get limited form checks.
