Tell BiteDeck your goal and it builds your plan: a daily calorie target, a protein floor, and the date you'll reach your goal weight. As your weight changes, the plan adjusts. LOG A MEAL IN SECONDS - Photo scan: one picture of the whole plate, calories and macros included - Barcode scanning and nutrition-label reading with your camera - 153,000 foods built in, including full menus from 280 restaurant chains, plus live search of the USDA and Open Food Facts databases - Voice logging: just say what you ate - Saved meals and favorites for the things you eat every week STAY ON TRACK - Coach: a nutrition assistant that knows your plan and your log - Plate Check: photograph your plate after eating to log what you actually ate - Calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sugar, and sodium - Fasting timer with streaks (16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, or your own schedule) - Weight and body-fat tracking with forecasts of where you're headed - Progress photos, streaks, and Home Screen widgets - Two-way Apple Health sync - CSV and PDF exports PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account and no ads.
