Lung Rot

About

Stop vaping. Watch your lungs heal. The more you vape, the more your lungs rot. Puff Lung makes that real. Every puff drops your health. Every clean stretch starts bringing it back. It's not a streak counter or a calendar — it's a cartoon lung that visibly decays as you go over your goal, then heals when you commit to a detox. If you're tired of "you can do this!" apps that ignore what your habit is actually costing you, Puff Lung is built different. HOW IT WORKS — Set your baseline. Tell us where you are now. No judgment. — Pick your pace. Cut 1, 2, 3, or more puffs per day. Whatever you can keep. — Tap every puff. Stay under your goal and your lungs stay healthy. Go over and they start to rot. — Slip up? We adjust. Tomorrow's goal moves up to where you actually were, so it stays reachable. Then we keep working back down. — Detox to heal. Run a 15m, 30m, 1h, 2h, or 4h detox. Stay clean and your lungs gain health. Vape during detox and every puff counts double.
