Grocer: Kirana Khata & Bill

About

Grocer — Your Kirana Khata, On Your Phone. If you buy groceries on a monthly tab from your neighbourhood kirana shop, you know the feeling at bill time: "Does this look right?" Grocer keeps your own record — so you always know what you owe, and you can pay with confidence. HOW IT WORKS Every time you pick up something from your kirana — atta, dal, oil, soap — log it in seconds. Item name, quantity, price. That's it. No account. No internet. No ads. At month end, open Reconcile. Enter your shopkeeper's total. Grocer instantly compares it against your running record and tells you whether it matches — or flags the exact discrepancy. Record an advance, pay the balance later, and mark the month Fully Paid. Want the shopkeeper to see the same list? Share the whole bill — itemized, day by day — straight to WhatsApp or SMS. TODAY VIEW — See today's spend at a glance — Month-to-date running total always visible — Add a purchase in under 5 seconds — Smart auto-suggest from your purchase history ITEMS LEDGER — Every purchase, searchable by item or brand — Grouped by month with totals — Tap to edit, swipe to delete MONTHLY RECONCILE — Compare your record vs. the shopkeeper's claim — Discrepancy detection built in — Share the itemized bill on WhatsApp, SMS or any app — Record advance and balance payments — always know what's still due — Mark a month Fully Paid when it's settled — Status tracking: Open, Matched, Adjusted, Disputed, Paid — Full history of every month ever reconciled MULTIPLE SHOPS — Track purchases across multiple kirana shops — Set a primary shop, add as many as you need 100% PRIVATE All data stays on your device.
