Your company controls bonus rules and approvals. Drivers get a clear payout view without leaderboards, badges, or performance tracking. Early Access is available only for eligible already-funded bonus money. It is optional, and the app shows the 3% Early Access Fee and net amount before you confirm. Standard bank withdrawal has no Yolda fee. Early Access is not a loan or an advance, and there is no repayment.
