Hey Sammy: Make New Friends

About

Remember when making friends just… happened? It still can. Friendship isn't an event — it's showing up to the same place until the faces get familiar. Hey Sammy finds recurring activities near you (run clubs, paint nights, board games, pickleball, classes) and helps you actually show up, again and again, until the regulars know your name. WHY IT WORKS Real friendships form through repetition. Same run club, same Tuesday, same faces. Familiar faces make conversation easy. Shared activities give you something to talk about. Hey Sammy is built around that simple science: become a regular, and friendship follows. WHAT SAMMY DOES - Learns what you're into — your interests, comfort level, neighborhood, and what you want more of in life - Finds recurring, beginner-friendly activities near you where showing up solo is completely normal - Answers the awkward questions before you go: Can I come alone? Do I need to sign up? When should I arrive? What do I bring? - Gives you a first-timer tip and one low-pressure icebreaker for every event - Adds plans to your calendar in one tap and nudges you before it starts - Checks in afterward — how it went, who you met — and helps you go back - Tracks your progress: new things tried, people met, weeks in a row you showed up MADE FOR YOU IF… - You just moved to a new city and your social life is starting from zero - Your circle shrank — remote work, a breakup, friends who moved or had kids - You keep saying "I should get out more" and then don't - You want weekends you actually look forward to WHAT PEOPLE SAY "The recommendations are amazing — now I actually have fun things to try and a real reason to leave the house." — Ellie "Having one place to find things to do, save plans, and get a little push to show up makes a huge difference." — Jeremy "Hey Sammy turned 'I should get out more' into real plans I actually follow through on." — Elise NO PRESSURE, NO STRANGERS-ONLY DINNERS Hey Sammy isn't about one-off events with people you'll never see again. It's a practical local friend who helps you find your thing, show up, and keep showing up — because the fourth Tuesday is when "hey, you're back!" turns into real friendship. Download Hey Sammy and see what's near you. Your people are already out there — probably three blocks away.
