Get seasonal maintenance suggestions. - Photo timeline Record the property's condition with photos. Everything is organized by date so you can compare past and present. Capture slow changes like wall cracks or shifts in the garden as a lasting record. - Seasonal checklists Spring, summer, fall, winter, and monthly maintenance checklists come ready to use. Manage seasonal tasks with reminders, from roof inspections before a storm to freeze protection in winter. Review your completion history in a graph. - Document scanning + management Photograph and store documents such as insurance policies, property tax notices, and repair records. OCR reads the text, and you get alerts when a document is nearing its deadline.
