Utah's original Centered City Yoga was founded in 1999 with one mission: share yoga's ancient healing power with as many people as possible. For 25+ years, our Salt Lake City community has moved, breathed, and healed together—building a collective energy felt the moment you walk through our doors. Two locations. One unbroken lineage.
