HelloERP Manager is the mobile back office for businesses running on HelloERP from Hello World AI. Staff sign in with the account their business gives them and run the day's work from an iPhone or iPad. ORDERS • Sales orders from the counter, the online store and Facebook comments, in one list • Orders customers type into Facebook comments become sales orders automatically; the ones that need a person are set aside for review • Search by customer, item or order number STOCK AND PURCHASING • Receive stock and move it between warehouses by scanning barcodes • Raise a purchase order from an item, with quantities suggested from open orders and stock on hand • Create items and variants, set prices and combo deals COUNTER AND PAYMENTS • Point of sale for walk-in customers and order pickup • Record payments and partial pickups, with receipt photos DELIVERY • Mark goods ready, plan deliveries, record the hand-over and collect payment at the door CUSTOMERS AND MESSAGES • Customer history, Facebook comment moderation, and order notifications sent to customers Access is role-based: warehouse, sales, manager and owner accounts each see what their job needs, and cost prices stay with the owner.
