About
Common calculations for buying, holding and renting property in Korea, in one app. The app is in Korean and follows Korean tax and lending rules. 【Calculators】 • Acquisition tax • Capital gains tax (supported national-tax cases, incl. long-term holding deduction) • Holding tax (property tax components) • Loan interest: equal payment vs. equal principal • Loan limit: LTV and DSR • Jeonse/monthly rent conversion • Rental yield • Brokerage fee • Area conversion (pyeong / m²) Housing subscription points are not scored, because eligibility periods and dependents cannot be confirmed from the inputs; the screen lists the rules to check instead. History and favorites stay on your device, and you can share results with the app you choose. No ads, no tracking, no sign-up. Results are estimates for reference. Each screen shows its check date, supported scope and excluded items; confirm actual taxes, loan limits and eligibility with the relevant authority, your bank or a tax professional.
