LibreCam

About

LibreCam helps contractors, field service, and inspection teams document work with job photos, video, and checklists. Take the shot and put the phone away. It saves in LibreCam with the time and location, under the project you picked, and uploads when you're connected, on Wi-Fi only or mobile data too, your call. Keep shooting in the basement or the metal building where there's no signal. Capture on site • Photos and video, one-handed, with a level and grid in the viewfinder. • Time and location saved with every shot. • Voice captions: tap and say what you see. They're transcribed into text you can search. • Draw on photos: arrows, circles, rectangles, freehand, text. • Scan a barcode or QR code into a checklist item. Keep the job organized • Projects by address. The camera suggests one from where you are and what you worked on last. Change it before you shoot. • Tags and search across every job, and an activity feed on each one. • Checklists with photo proof: take the photo to check off the item. Build checklist templates and reuse them on the next job. • Keep capturing offline, and browse downloaded photos from your active projects. Connect to share galleries, create reports, export, and transcribe voice captions. • One library for the team's uploaded photos, so the office sees what the field shoots. Share the job • Send a gallery link. Clients, adjusters, and GCs open it in a browser, no app or account needed. • Set an expiry or a password on a link, or revoke it. See how many times it was viewed and downloaded. • Make a PDF photo report from the job's uploaded photos. Add your company logo. Team • Invite people by email or a join link. • Give teammates member or viewer access. • English, Spanish, and French. Your photos stay yours • Export a project, or every project you can see, as a ZIP of uploaded photos, files, and reports. • Built for the people reading it later: estimators, adjusters, owners, and you. Built for roofing, restoration, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, landscaping, auto body, property maintenance, inspections, and more. Works for any team that has to keep a clear record of the work.
