Roe - Learn with Confidence

About

Roe turns what you need to learn into a study plan you can actually keep up with. You already know what you should be learning — for the promotion, the certification, the interview, the thing your job now expects you to understand. The problem was never motivation. It is that a full week of work leaves no room to work out where to start, what comes next, or how to still remember any of it a month later. Roe does that part for you. HOW IT WORKS 1. Bring what you have — a PDF, a document, your own notes, a link, or just a topic you name. 2. Roe builds a paced plan — lessons sequenced over weeks and sized to the minutes you actually have. 3. You show up. Roe keeps the thread, so you never reopen the app wondering what to do next. BUILT AROUND A FULL-TIME JOB • Set a goal — a certification, a skill, a role you are aiming at — and Roe plans the work toward it • Short sessions, not hour-long courses • Tell Roe the minutes you can give per day and the plan is built around them • Pick up exactly where you left off • Streaks and progress that reward consistency over cramming SO IT ACTUALLY STICKS • Spaced repetition brings concepts back days later, right as you are about to forget them • Quizzes and explain-it-back checks, so you practise recall instead of re-reading • Visual explanations and diagrams for the ideas that need a picture • Write a note the moment something lands, and send any note into the same review schedule • Listen to lessons hands-free on a commute or a walk WHAT PEOPLE USE ROE FOR • Certification and licence prep • Getting ready for an interview or a new role • Technical and AI upskilling • Understanding a subject the job now depends on • Postgraduate study alongside work Roe is for people who have something specific they need to get good at, and a life that keeps getting in the way.
