Echo Bike Connect turns your Rogue Echo Bike into a smart trainer. Pair over Bluetooth and see six real-time metrics on your iPhone: power (watts), cadence (RPM), speed, distance, calories, and heart rate. Stream live heart rate from the companion Apple Watch app, start Watch heart-rate streaming from iPhone, or pair a Bluetooth chest strap (Polar, Wahoo, Garmin, Coospo, etc.) directly to the app. Every second of every ride is recorded automatically — no account required and no cloud dependency. Connecting, free rides, and History stay free. Getting started is simple: open the app, tap Scan, and connect to your Echo Bike. For heart rate, tap Connect on the Apple Watch card or start Echo Bike on Apple Watch, then begin your ride. Bluetooth heart-rate straps are still supported from the same Connect screen. Start a workout and your live metrics appear instantly. Use splits to track intervals. When you're done, review detailed charts for power, cadence, and heart rate over time. Upload completed workouts to Strava or Intervals.icu with a single tap — full trackpoint data including power, cadence, and heart rate is included. After a successful Strava upload, tap View in Strava from History to open the ride. If a Strava copy is wrong, delete that Echo Bike activity on Strava, then re-upload from History. Indoor rides are marked as trainer / virtual rides. Cast your live workout to a TV via Chromecast so you can see your stats from across the room, or use AirPlay to mirror to an Apple TV or external display. All workout data stays on your device. Nothing is sent to any server unless you choose to upload to Strava or Intervals.icu. The app is free to ride and supported by ads. Purchase Remove Ads for a one-time fee to hide ads permanently.
