Finally Fixed Mileage

About

Running a service business means your truck is your office — and the IRS wants to know every mile you put on it. Finally Fixed Mileage makes that effortless. TRACK MILES YOUR WAY Hit Start and GPS automatically logs every mile you drive. Stop when you get home and the trip is saved. Prefer odometer readings? Enter your start and end mileage manually instead. Both methods live in the same trip history. NEVER FORGET TO LOG A TRIP Set your home address once and Finally Fixed Mileage will send you a notification the moment you leave — "Heading to a job?" One tap and you're already tracking. LOG GAS & REPAIRS IN SECONDS Record every fill-up with gallons, price per gallon, and odometer. The app calculates your total cost and MPG automatically. Repairs get their own log — description, cost, shop, and mileage — so you know exactly what your truck has cost you. SEE YOUR NUMBERS AT A GLANCE The dashboard shows this month's miles, gas spend, repair spend, and cost per mile. A weekly bar chart shows your driving patterns across the last eight weeks so you can spot busy seasons at a glance. BUILT FOR TAX TIME Filter your records by This Month, This Year, All Time, or any custom date range. Every report shows your IRS standard mileage deduction automatically — so you always know what you're owed. Export a clean CSV or PDF in one tap, ready to hand to your accountant. SMART AUTO-PAUSE GPS tracking pauses automatically when you're stopped for more than 30 seconds — at a job site, in traffic, or at lunch — so idle time never inflates your mileage. It resumes the moment you start moving again.
