PlanSports

About

PlanSports brings coaches, athletes, courts and competitions together in one app. FOR COACHES • Find athletes: your coach profile shows up in search with your sports, rates and schedule, and athletes contact you and book sessions directly. • Remote guided workouts: get notified when your athlete starts a workout, follow every set live, send suggestions in real time or log the sets yourself. Follow several athletes at the same time. • Your club: members, coaches, invitations and athlete records. FOR PLAYERS • Find and book a court: tennis, padel, football and more — see free hours, price and facilities, book in seconds. • Find coaches near you, at the club, at home or online. • Take part in competitions: sign up, follow brackets and live results, see your medals and download your diplomas. • Friendly matches with the score kept set by set. FOR ORGANIZERS Run complete competitions in any sport: registrations and categories, brackets, court schedules, live results, podiums, diplomas and rankings — from club and region up to federation level. WORKOUTS FOR ATHLETES • The AI coach builds your program from your goal, level, equipment and injuries, and its exercises run right inside your workout. • Log sets, reps and weight, see your rest and what you did last time; at the end you get duration, volume and calories. • Personal records, stats per muscle group and a weight log. • Works on Apple Watch too. ARENA AND FORMA — TRAINING AS A GAME • Arena: cognitive training — reaction, attention, memory and decision-making — with a daily challenge, levels and leaderboards. • Forma: your phone camera recognizes exercises (squats, push-ups, pull-ups and more) and counts only correct reps. Earn points, XP and ranks, join challenges and climb the leaderboards. LEADERBOARDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS XP from workouts, Forma and Arena, badges, levels and your place in the rankings. Simple sign-in with email, Google or Apple. Available in 27 languages. PLANSPORTS PREMIUM One subscription for the whole app: athlete, coach and venue owner on the same account.
