About
Apprenticeship report (Berichtsheft) in 45 seconds. Just talk into your phone. You know the situation: Sunday evening, blank document, zero motivation. Your weekly apprenticeship report is due and you have no energy. BerichtsheftKI handles it for you. Speak into the microphone for 45 seconds, done. HOW IT WORKS 1. Hit the microphone and tell us what you did this week. Like a WhatsApp voice message. 2. The AI knows your profession and curriculum. It writes an IHK-compliant weekly report from it. 3. Review, confirm, export as PDF. Get it signed by your trainer. Done. 350+ PROFESSIONS From auto mechanic to office management clerk: BerichtsheftKI knows over 350 apprenticeship professions with the official curriculum. The AI uses the right technical terms for your job. 3 IHK-COMPLIANT PDF TEMPLATES Weekly report, daily report with Monday-to-Friday table, or weekly report with curriculum mapping. Print font or handwriting style. Optional company name in the header. EXPRESS: CATCH UP ON WEEKS Months or years of backlog? Express mode generates all missing weeks at once. Pick a date range, name your departments, the AI does the rest. In one afternoon instead of weeks. IMPORT OLD REPORTS Handwritten report book? Take a photo or upload a PDF. The AI reads your old book via OCR and digitizes it. STREAKS AND REMINDERS Never forget again. Configurable push reminder. Weekly streak motivates you to stay consistent. Exam countdown shows days until your exam. QUICK ACTIONS Sick, vacation, or holiday? One tap, week done. GDPR-COMPLIANT Servers in the EU. Your voice recordings are deleted immediately after processing. Only the finished text is stored. FREE TRIAL 6 reports free, no subscription needed. After that, choose a monthly or annual subscription, each with a free trial week, or Express as a one-time purchase for your entire apprenticeship. Current prices are shown in the app. The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage your subscription in the App Store.
