For hosts: • Import your guest list from a spreadsheet instead of typing every address, and schedule invitations to go out automatically. • Ask guests your own questions, such as their maiden name, and download all answers as Excel. • Send news by email that reaches guests who no longer check the app. • The drinks calculator tells you how many crates and kegs to buy. • Organise beds and hotel rooms for guests travelling from far away. • Collect money for a group gift with a money pot. • Set up next year's event with one tap, with the same guests and tasks. • Only guests who said yes see the exact address. • Changes save on their own, nothing gets lost. For guests: • Links in emails recognise you, so you don't have to enter your details again. • After answering you see right away whether you're in and who else is coming, and pay an open ticket right there.

About
A birthday. A team trip. A wedding. And instantly 80 unread messages in the group chat. Who's coming? Who's bringing what? Who's driving? events puts it all in one place. You make an event page, share a link, and your guests join without signing up. No account, no app to download for them. I built events because I was tired of exactly this chaos. Every feature exists because I needed it myself. TURN ON WHAT YOU NEED Every module answers a real question: - RSVPs: Who's actually coming? With automatic reminders to everyone who hasn't replied. - Bring lists: Who's bringing what? Guests sign up themselves, with quantities and units. - Split expenses: Who owes whom how much? A balance card shows where you stand, settle with one tap. - Carpooling: Who's driving, where's a seat free? - Photo album: Every photo in one place, with bulk download. - Task list: Who sets up, who cleans up? Tasks with time slots. - Plus a message board, wish list, surveys, date polls, and paid tickets via Stripe. YOUR TOOLS AS A HOST - Invite co-hosts to help organize - Share a QR code: one scan and guests are in - PIN protection for private events - 8 color themes and full dark mode CLUBS AND REGULAR EVENTS Set up a recurring event once and the sessions generate automatically. Manage members, see attendance per session. START FREE Your first event is free, with every feature. End the WhatsApp chaos. Built in Fürth by Rafael.
